This is Himura Kenshin - the protagonist of Rurouni Kenshin, the manga I've been fangirling over for what? 2 years? 
I did mention in my previous Kenshin portraits that I will one day draw him in his Battousai mode. Here it is C: 
Would it surprise you if I told you that I never meant to draw him in the first place? xDD I just opened photoshop and drew a peach blob and then added red strands and I was like - Hey. I'm going to draw Kenshin >8C NOW. (btw I used no reference so. anatomy. what's that)
Unfortunately, I didn't check my canvas size and in the end when I finished and finally converted it into a JPEG, I realized it was only 452x256 pixels (way too small to see any details) (here's Snowfall in its original size)
So this here, is actually a screenshot of the picture zoomed into the size I wanted it to be viewed at.

Uh.. so another stupid mistake of mine - because I rarely draw humans and almost never draw lineless portraits - that's why I had originally started on one layer. I painted the shape of his face first and then added his hair - then realized that I didn't draw his eyes, nose or mouth in yet. Which led to this clumsy attempt to draw his eyes, nose and mouth in on top and then poorly cover it with even more hair. As you can see here, it didn't really work. so his eyes look really, really freaky

Also scarf. I just gave up on it.
